Accessing Phone Banking
You can use the Phone Banking service by phoning us and following the voice prompts.How Do I Register for Phone Banking?
To register for Phone Banking, simply download the registration form and return it to us.How Do I Access Phone Banking Once Registered?
The first time you access Phone Banking, you will be asked to enter an access code. Once you have been given your access code, you are able use Phone Banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!When you access Phone Banking, press 1 on any touch-tone phone to gain access
- enter your member number and press the star button
- enter your access code and press the star button
- for added security, the first time you access Phone Banking you will be prompted to change your access code to a code of your choosing, which is known only by you. To protect your funds you will not be able to use your date of birth as your access code.
